Official : Kenneth Otigba Joins Ferencvaros After Eight Years With SC Heerenveen
Published: June 07, 2017Through official channels, Dutch Eredivisie side SC Heerenveen have announced that they have struck a deal with Ferencváros over the transfer of Kenneth Otigba.
The defender's transfer to the Green Eagles will become activated on July 1, when his contract with Heerenveen would have ended.
Otigba began his playing days with Gyulai Termál FC and Békéscsaba SE before transferring to Heerenveen in 2008, and appeared 96 times in all competitions for The Super Frisians, scoring eight goals.
The former Hungary youth-team skipper spent last season on loan at Turkish club Kasımpaşa.
Ex-Hungary international of Nigerian descent Thomas Sowunmi and Teslim Fatusi have represented Ferencváros in the past.
