Official : Manchester United Loan Out Promising Defender, Who Plays On Same Team As Nigerian Prospects
Published: July 07, 2017Through a statement on their official website, Manchester United have confirmed that they have agreed to loan out the promising central defender Regan Poole to Northampton Town.
Poole, a Wales youth international, will spend the entirety of the 2017-18 season at the the Sixfields Stadium.
The 19-year-old made his first team debut for Manchester United in their 5-1 rout of Midjtylland in the Europa League in February 2016.
Including his youth career, Poole has worn the jerseys of Cardiff City and Newport County.
He played mainly for Manchester United U23s last season along with Nigerian duo Tosin Kehinde and Matthew Olosunde.
