Official : Southampton Loan Out Ex-Arsenal Striker Of Nigerian Descent Fela
Published: July 09, 2017English Premier League club Southampton have announced that they have loaned out the promising Nigerian striker Olufela Olomola to Yeovil Town until January 3, 2018
Olufela Olomola has already linked up with the EFL League Two club for pre-season training.
The 19-year-old made his professional debut for the Saints in their 1-0 win over Sunderland in the League Cup last season, and was named in the 18-man squad for the first team five times across all competitions.
A product of the youth team of Arsenal, Fela joined Southampton in 2014 and had attracted interest from West Ham and Newcastle United before his move to the St Mary's Stadium.
He scored 7 goals in 16 Premier League 2 appearances for Southampton U23 team last season.
