(Photo Confirmation) Manchester United Set To Announce Transfer Of Ghanaian Defender
Published: August 10, 2017Manchester United are set to announce the transfer of Netherlands youth international of Ghanaian descent Timothy Fosu-Mensah to Crystal Palace in the coming days if not hours.
Crystal Palace let the cat out of the bag after posting a picture of Fosu-Mensah training with the first team ahead of the official announcement.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah has not been guaranteed playing opportunities by manager Jose Mourinho in the new season, and will spend the whole of the 2017-2018 campaign on loan at The Eagles.
The 19-year-old has reunited with Frank De Boer who used to coach Dutch club Ajax Amsterdam.
Fosu-Mensah has recorded 21 appearances for Manchester United's first team in all competitions.
