Unconfirmed Pictures Circulating Linking Alhassan With Austria Vienna Move
Published: August 25, 2017Nigeria national-teamer Alhassan Ibrahim is being linked with a transfer to Austrian Bundesliga side FK Austria Wien.
The capital outfit are thought to be in the market for a striker following the transfer of Super Eagles striker Kayode Olarenwaju to Manchester City this month.
Unconfirmed pictures are circulating on Austrian forums suggesting that Austria Wien have found Kayode's replacement, his national team colleague Alhassan.
Allnigeriasoccer.com has contacted the lanky striker, who is currently on the books of Akwa United, to confirm the authenticity of the pictures and if he indeed he'll continue his career in the Austrian top-flight.
The former Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles star had attracted interest from teams based in Belgium, Sweden and Turkey in the past.
