Ex-Nigeria U17 Star Makanjuola Claims Transfer To Leicester City Is In The Bag
Published: August 25, 2017Former Nigeria U17 international Habib Makanjuola claims his transfer to Leicester City is now in the bag.
The flamboyant midfielder took to social media to announce he was offered a contract by The Foxes following a successful trial.
Makanjuola wrote : ''Very Happy to have signed for Leicester city FC massive thank you to everyone who have been supporting me through out the journey 🙏. ⚽️💙 strive for more''.
The 18-year-old departed Chelsea without earning a scholarship deal and had tried his luck with Birmingham City, but nothing came out of it.
Makanjuola will need a work permit before he is allowed to play in England, and Leicester City are yet to announce the signing of the talented youngster.
