Other clubs that ran the rule over the players on both teams include Atalanta, Getafe, Lille, Montpellier HSC, OGC Nice, Sampdoria, Monaco, Besiktas, Wisła Kraków and Sparta Prague.
Yahaya trained with Tottenham Hotspur after putting himself in the shop window at the 2013 Fifa U17 World Cup, but the Premier League club passed up the opportunity to sign him on a permanent basis when he attained the age of majority.
This season, the 19-year-old has shown his versatility, as he has been deployed as a right back, left winger and support striker in three games he has played for Porto II in the LigaPro.
