Loan Move Beckons For Liverpool's Own Paul Pogba
Published: October 25, 2017England U20 World Cup-winning midfielder Ovie Ejaria might be farmed out on loan in the January transfer window, according to reports.
The Liverpool Echo is reporting that the likes of Ovie Ejaria looks an obvious candidate for a move into league football soon.
Dubbed the new Paul Pogba, Ejaria was among the players that impressed in the Reds 3-1 away win over Manchester United in Premier League 2 on Monday, and his fine performance was capped off with a goal.
"If some of these players get the opportunity to go out on loan in the second half of the season, which I hope they do and they should do, we will wish them on their way and maybe some others get their chance,'' said manager Neil Critchley.
''My job isn't to win the league it's to produce the players that will help our first team in the future. We'll always do the right thing by the players.''
Ejaria, who trained with the Golden Eaglets in 2013, joined Liverpool in 2014 after spending nine years at Arsenal.
