Anthony Ujah : I Have Not Terminated My Contract With Liaoning Whowin
Published: November 23, 2017Nigeria international Anthony Ujah has rubbished reports which claimed that he has terminated his contract with Chinese club Liaoning Whowin.
The future of the former Cologne and Werder Bremen star is up in the air as a result of the demotion of Liaoning Whowin to the second-tier at the end of the 2017 season.
The striker has revealed that he will sort out his future next month amid speculation linking him with a return to Germany, specifically Hoffenheim and Cologne.
''Anthony Ujah has not terminated his contract with Liaoning Whowin,'' a top source told allnigeriasoccer.com.
''He is still under contract with the club and it’s the same terms as when they were in the playing in the Super League.
''At the moment there’s no development concerning a transfer but in December the situation will be clearer.''
Ujah left the Bundesliga for the big bucks in China in the summer of 2016 with his reputation intact, having scored 23 goals in 76 matches in the German top-flight.
