Nigerian-Born Striker Helps Everton U18s Return To Winning Ways With Second Brace Of Season
Everton U18s bounced back after their humiliating 4-1 loss to Middlesbrough with  a 4-0 rout of Blackburn Rovers in the U18 Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Nigerian-born striker Korede Adedoyin was the star of the show in the Toffees comprehensive victory, netting his second brace of the season.

Everton quickly got out of the blocks at USM Finch Farm with Elliot Richards opening the scoring on nine minutes.

Thirteen minutes into the second half, Adedoyin doubled the advantage before finishing the game as a contest when he increased the lead in the 84th minute.

Matters worsened for the visitors when Everton scored a fourth goal through Dobbin in stoppage time.

Adedoyin is one of the most in-form players in the U18 Premier League, with 7 goals in his last four matches.

The 18-year-old, who models his game on Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha, has made himself available for selection for Nigeria's U20 National Team.
