Manchester City 3 Arsenal 1 : Iwobi's Error Leads To City's First Goal
Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi played his 22nd Premier League game of the season in Sunday's clash against title aspirants Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal lost 3-1 to dent their Champions League hopes.

Sergio Aguero put City ahead within a minute played as he stooped low to head home a cross from Aymeric Laporte who dispossessed Iwobi of the ball.

Laurent Koscielny restored parity for Arsenal in the 11th minute as he scored a similar headed goal after Nacho Monreal headed the ball to his path from Lucas Torreira corner.

Aguero doubled City's lead in the 43rd minute from close range with a simple tap in.

Aguero got his hat trick in the 61st minute from a goal mouth scramble with his elbow aiding his 'goal'.

Iwobi was substituted in the 67th minute by Aaron Ramsey.

The Gunners are thus sixth in the table with 47 points and Manchester United overtaking them in the fifth place with a point better.
