Official : Wolverhampton Wanderers Activate Nigerian-Born Striker Contract Extension Clause
Through a statement on their official website, Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that they have activated a one-year extension clause in Bright Enobakhare's contract.

The Nigerian-born striker was one of the most promising players at Wolves Academy and was offered his first professional contract after his 17th birthday.

Enobakhare has scored 3 goals in 49 appearances since making his professional debut against Barnet in the League Cup in August 2015.

The 21-year-old was part of the Wolves side that clinched promotion back to the Premier League in 2018, making 21 appearances over the course of the season.

He spent the second half of the 2018-2019 campaign at Coventry City and impressed while on loan, netting 6 goals from 18 matches, and was previously loaned out to Scottish Premiership team Kilmarnock.

A pacy and powerful striker, Enobakhare has been on the books of Wolves for six years.
