The official website of Major League Soccer is reporting that Olosunde is close to joining Rotherham United, who are fresh off being relegated to League One.
The right back is now a free agent following his release by Manchester United at the end of the 2018-2019 campaign.
He is believed to be on the radar of clubs in Major League soccer but his priority is to join a new club in England.
Olosunde had been a key player for United's U23 side before he suffered a serious injury which kept him on the sidelines for several months.
Although primarily a right fullback, he is a versatile player who is capable of playing as a central defender, left back and right midfielder.
