Official : RB Leipzig Confirm Capture Of Exciting Winger From Everton
Published: July 25, 2019German Bundelsiga club RB Leipzig have confirmed the capture of Ademola Lookman from Premier League side Everton.
The exciting winger has inked a five-year contract with RB Leipzig and has been handed the number 17 kit for the upcoming season.
In the second half of the 2017-18 campaign, Lookman played on loan at RB Leipzig and was involved in 9 goals (5goals, 4 assists) in 11 Bundesliga appearances.
In his first words after signing the deal, Lookman said : ''I am very happy to be back here and would like to continue where I left off in the first half of 2018 for RB Leipzig.
''Of course, I am also looking forward to seeing my teammates again and would like to help the team to continue to celebrate great successes.
''Finally I can play again in the Red Bull Arena in front of this great backdrop and the fans. And last but not least, I would like to thank God, the fans and RB Leipzig for making my move possible''.
The 21-year-old Lookman featured in 48 matches for Everton and scored four goals.
