18-Year-Old Nigerian Whizkid Trains With Arsenal First Team Ahead Of Potential Emirates Debut
Published: July 26, 2019Nigerian whizkid James Olayinka will fancy his chances of making his professional debut for Arsenal in the coming months, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The 18-year-old midfielder was pictured training with the Gunners stars at London Colney in St Albans on Friday following their return from the United States.
Olayinka was part of the traveling squad to USA and participated in the friendlies against Colorado Rapids and Fiorentina.
The highly-rated teenager announced himself to the world as one of the talented players in the Arsenal Academy to keep an eye on after scoring on his full debut against the Major League Soccer club.
He will make his maiden appearance at the Emirates Stadium for the first team should he feature against Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday, July 28.
Despite starring for Arsenal's youth teams, Olayinka has no international caps for the youth teams of Nigeria or England but that could change soon as he has been generating a lot of buzz.
