Former Manchester City Striker Kayode Announces Arrival In Turkey With Two Goals
Former Manchester City striker Olarenwaju Kayode scored a brace on his home debut for Gazisehir Gaziantep FK in Monday's 4-1 demolition of Genclerbirligi at the Gaziantep Stadyumu.

The Nigeria international is not part of manager Luís Castro's plans at Shakhtar Donetsk and has been loaned out for the entirety of the 2019-2020 season.

And he is proving to be an important player for Gazisehir Gaziantep FK following his man of the match performance against Genclerbirligi and also troubled the Fenerbahce defence last week.

Referee Atilla Karaoglan sent off Ahmet Oguz for a foul on Kayode in the 27th minute and five minutes later the Nigerian broke the deadlock when he latched onto a misplaced backpass and beat the goalkeeper with a left-footed strike from inside the area.

The Gazisehir Gaziantep FK number 10 doubled the advantage when he fired home a spot kick in the 40th minute.

Guray Vural and Oguz Ceylan added goals in the second half to earn Gazisehir Gaziantep FK their first win of the season.
