Ukraine Vs Nigeria: West Ham Star Yarmolenko Claims There Are No Friendly Matches
West Ham winger Andriy Yarmolenko has claimed there are no friendly matches involving national teams and is targeting a win in Tuesday evening's match against Nigeria at the Dnipro Arena.

The Ukraine international explained that they want to make the fans happy by beating the three-time African champions.

In quotes carried by UA Football, Yarmolenko said : ''I want to win, of course. It seems to me that if you come to a national team, then there is no division of matches into official and friendly.

''So, if this, for example, is a game between the national team and the youth, then we can talk about friendly status but international meetings at the level of national teams, in my opinion, cannot be considered friendly .

''When the full stadium arrives, when the fans create a special atmosphere and drive you forward, you always want to win''.

In six previous meetings against African opposition, Ukraine has never lost, winning three and drawing the others.
