CHAN Qualifier Togo 4 Nigeria 1 : Sanusi On Target In Shock Loss To Sparrowhawks

Eagles' right back John Lazarus was yellow carded in the 24th minute for a foul.
The first half ended 1-1 with chances for both sides at a premium.
Super Eagles goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai made a superb save in the 50th minute to the applause of the fans in the stadium.
Togo however went in front in the 63rd minute through Richard Nana following a goal mouth scramble.
Nine minutes later, Marouf Tchakei made it 3-1 for the hosts to make the score almost irreversible for the Super Eagles.
The hosts added one more goal just before full time to leave Imama Amapakabo with a mountain to climb in the return leg.
