The Six Nigeria U17 Stars To Be Watched By Turkish Scouts In World Cup Opener Vs Hungary
Published: October 24, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that scouts working for several Turkish clubs will be in attendance at the Estádio Olímpico, Goiânia when the Golden Eaglets face Hungary in their U17 World Cup opener on Saturday, October 26.
Yasin Demir has been assigned by private scouting company based in Turkey, TrScouts Football Scouting & Consulting to watch the Nigeria U17 players during the tournament in Brazil and will send feedback to his employers as well as Turkish clubs.
Success Makanjuola, one of the Nigeria U20 players scouted by Demir, recently joined CD Leganes in Spain.
It is believed that the Turkish-based talent spotter and his colleagues will focus on fullback Charles Etim, midfielders Samson Tijani, Ibraheem Jabaar and Akinkunmi Amoo, and strikers Olakunle Olusegun and Wisdom Ubani.
Nigeria U17 skipper Samson Tijani is confirmed to be attracting interest from clubs overseas but suitors don't exactly know the right person to negotiate with as he signed several representative agreements with different agents, something which his club Collins Edwin FC is working to resolve.
While Olusegun is on the radar of Premier League, La Liga and Russian teams, Ubani has trialed at R.S.C. Anderlecht and one of the most marketable players Amoo has been offered to Premier League, Dutch, Italian and French teams.
