What Leicester City's Ndidi Said After Awe-inspiring Display Against Arsenal
Published: November 10, 2019Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi has set his sights on the Super Eagles next games against Benin and Lesotho after his awe-inspiring display for Leicester City against Arsenal yesterday.
Coming off the back of his Man of the Match performance at the King Power stadium, the midfielder has reckoned that the international week is his next target now, if his reaction on Twitter is anything to go by.
"Amazing performance from the team and 3 points in the bag to take to the international break. We keep the momentum Foxes", he tweeted.
Ndidi has been named in the Super Eagles squad slated to play The Squirrels and The Crocodiles on Wednesday 13th and Sunday 17th of this month.
Nigeria will open camp for the qualifiers in Uyo on Sunday and will play Benin at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium in their first group game.
