Arsenal Super Kid Saka Tipped To Become One Of The Best Three Wing-backs In The World
Published: February 16, 2020English-born Nigerian starlet Bukayo Saka has the traits to become one of the best three wing-backs in the world, according to Head of Arsenal youth development, Marcel Lucassen.
The versatile Saka has flourished for the Gunners in his first full season with the first team, whether he is deployed as a left winger, left wing-back or left back.
With the teenager's offensive and defensive qualities, Lucassen believes Saka has the attributes of a modern day wing-back and expects manager Mikel Arteta to help him reach his full potential.
In quotes carried by The Mirror making reference to Voetbal International, Lucassen said : "Bukayo Saka is the best example of what we want at Arsenal.
"He has the potential to become one of the best three wing-backs in the world and I really think Arteta can help in that process.
"Arteta, with his vision, is not far from what we want in the academy.
"Talents like Saka, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith-Rowe and Joe Willock should benefit from that."
