Done Deal : Luke Amos Ends 14-Year Affiliation With Tottenham After Permanent QPR Move
Nigeria-eligible midfielder Luke Amos has ended a fourteen-year association (2006-2020) with Tottenham Hotspur after completing a permanent transfer to Championship club Queens Park Rangers.

The Spurs academy graduate spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Loftus Road and has thus, put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Championship side for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old had a successful loan spell at the London club, making 35 appearances across all competitions, scoring twice, against Barnsley in December 2019.

Speaking to Queens Park Rangers official website on the transfer, Amos said,

"I think last year was about getting used to the level. Now that my injury is behind me and a year of Championship football is, too, I think I can kick on and show everyone what I can do.

"I don't think I showed half of what I am capable of last year. Hopefully I can impress everyone this season – I'm excited to get going."

Eberechi Eze, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Aramide Oteh and Olamide Shodipo are the other players of Nigerian descent that play for Rangers first team.
