Done Deal : Nigerian-Born Winger To Be Teammates With Ex-Arsenal Star Ozil At Fenerbahce WIE
Published: January 24, 2021Nigerian-born winger Bright Osayi-Samuel will be teammates with former Arsenal star Mesut Ozil at Fenerbahce with immediate effect and this is official.
Queens Park Rangers and Fenerbahce have announced that an agreement has been reached for the transfer of Bright Osayi-Samuel to the Super Lig club to be completed on mid-season transfer window.
Subject to a traditional medical, the Nigerian will put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Yellow Canaries.
Osayi-Samuel has already signed a preliminary contract to join Fenerbahce in the summer but the move has been brought forward.
The 23-year-old is set to become the third player signed by the 19-time Turkish champions in the January transfer window, after Mesut özil and Attila Szalai.
Osayi-Samuel, who can be deployed on both wings, departs Queens Park Rangers after 115 appearances and 13 goals to his name.
