Breaking : Former Flying Eagles Winger Signs Three-Year Deal With Swedish Club Trelleborgs FF
Published: February 12, 2021Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Swedish Superettan club Trelleborgs FF are on the verge of announcing the signing of Nigeria youth international Henry Offia.
The 21-year-old has been offered a deal by Trelleborgs FF after he impressed manager Kristian Haynes while training with the club earlier this month.
Offia has put pen to paper on a three-year contract that will keep him at Trelleborgs FF until December 2023.
The winger is joining Trelleborgs FF from Dalkurd FF, for whom he made 23 appearances and scored two goals.
A product of FC Dynamo Lagos, Offia arrived in Scandinavia in January 2018, signing for IK Sirius before he was loaned out to Sollentuna FK.
A member of the Flying Eagles squad to the 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup, he started two matches during the tournament in Poland and scored Nigeria's second goal in a 4-0 rout of Qatar in the group stage.
