Arsenal academy striker Davies confirms he's out for the season with hamstring injury
England youth international of Nigerian descent Henry Timi Davies has confirmed he will not play football again this season for the Arsenal teams.

Arsenal U18 boss Micciche will be without the talented Anglo-Nigerian starlet for his side's last three matches of the season against Norwich City, Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur in the U18 Premier League.

Davies's aliment has been diagnosed as a hamstring injury, which will keep on the sidelines until the start of pre-season training.

"I am injured. I suffered a hamstring injury and will be out for two months," Davies told allnigeriasoccer.com briefly.

Davies joined Arsenal from Manchester City academy in March 2021, with the Gunners beating London rivals Chelsea to his signature.

He hasn't played as much as expected in his first full season with Arsenal youth team, so much so that he had to wait until March before he was handed his debut in the U18 Premier League.

Arsenal see him as a player with potential, given that he signed a professional contract in December, shortly after he turned seventeen.
