Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are also credited with an interest in Ebiowei following his encouraging performances in the previous season.
Ebiowei, who was named in Nigeria's provisional squad for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup, has entered the last one month of his contract with Derby County and it is all but confirmed he will not be extending his stay at the Pride Park Stadium.
The 18-year-old scored once and registered two assists in sixteen Championship appearances over the course of the 2021-2022 season.
