Mbappe opened the scoring in the 61st minute with a right footed shot after he received the ball from Theo Hernandez.
The Danes were back on level terms seven minutes later through Andreas Christensen who nodded in from a Joachim Anderson's flick.
France got back in front through Mbappe once again in the 86th minute after he converted a cross from Antoine Griezmann.
The fleet-footed forward is regarded as one of the youngsters who will take over from legendary forwards Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo after retirement.
