Hertha Berlin In Talks With UGOCHUKWU UKAH
Published: July 19, 2012Ugochukwu Ukah who played in Widzew Lodz last season, could go to 2 Bundesliga to join Hertha Berlin, according to the online dition of Poland's most influential sports daily Przegladsportowy.pl. But Ukah can also stay in Poland, because he has three offers from clubs in the first division.
''We have offers from several clubs at the moment and we consider them to 31 July to be sure where Ugo play in the new campiagn, '' says Ukah's agent, Filip Wisniewski to the newspaper.
There are in fact offers from foreign clubs. This most concrete interest has come from Hertha Berlin, relegated from the Bundesliga. Berliners would have no problems with meeting financial expectations of Ukah, who would like to earn per month between 10-15 thousand euros. Negotiations will continue with the Germans next week and things will become clear.
Hertha wanted the player to attend trials, but this option is probably not an option. And that's because Ukah is a Nigeria international and such tests do not apply to him.
