DELE AIYENUGBA: We Can Do The Impossible
Published: August 08, 2012Bnei Yehuda left Israel for Greece on Wednesday morning for tomorrow's Europa League clash against PAOK Thessaloniki.
Dele Aiyenugba, who has been frozen from the Nigeria selection since Stephen Keshi took over as boss, conceded two goals within a space of 10 minutes in the first leg as Bnei Yehuda fell 0-2 at home to the Greek side.
In Aiyeugba's personal opinion, Bnei Yehuda can still qualify for the next round of the competition, which is not an easy task because they come up against PAOK and their passionate fans.
''It's a good question whether we can go there and win. I believe it will even happen. PAOK Thessaloniki is a big team. We'll try to come as lions and do the impossible. Anything is possible in football, I think it's possible that we get to the next stage, all belief,'' said Aiyenugba to Israeli media just before his team left for Istanbul.
Bnei Yehuda won their last away game in the competition against Armenian Premier League pacesetters, Shirak FC by 1 - 0.
