STEPHEN KESHI Considering JOEL OBI For Liberia Game
Inter Milan midfielder Joel Obi, absent from Nigeria's last four games against Liberia, Rwanda, Malawi and Namibia, is being considered for the Eagles October fixture against The Lone Stars, coach Stephen Keshi has hinted to allnigeriasoccer.com.

Keshi told allnigeriasoccer.com in a telephone conversation: ''I understand he (Joel Obi, ed) just resumed training. I have not yet discussed with him if he would love to play for the Eagles so soon . I have to call him to ask him if he's in good physical condition to make the game against Liberia.''

Joel Obi was not listed for Inter Milan's 2-0 away win over Torino on Sunday. The youngster has resumed training with the group and is available for selection to Stramaccioni in Thursday's Europa League tie against Rubin Kazan.

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Israel based goalkeepers Dele Aiyenugba and Austin Ejide could also be handed recalls by the National Team handler for the must-win match against Liberia.
