UWA ECHIEJILE Snubbed Again, Omitted From Champions League Squad
Published: September 30, 2012
Sporting Braga coach José Peseiro has omitted Uwa Echiejile from the list of 21 players nominated for Tuesday's Champions League match with Galatasaray in Istanbul, Turkey.
The recent snub of Echiejile by the Portuguese gaffer could mean the former Bendel Insurance defender is irrelevant to the club in the Champions League campaign as he would miss his fourth game in a row for the bronze - champions.
Earlier, Echiejile had been axed from play-off games against Udinese, and The Archbishops first group H fixture with Romanian side CFR Cluj.
The 24 - year -old has made three appearances for Braga in the Portuguese championship.
