Landlord Takes BAMIDELE To Israeli Court

A couple has filed a lawsuit against the Israeli - Nigerian and Maccabi Haifa attacking midfielder Bamidele 'Dela' Yampolsky.
One.co.il reported on Saturday that the landlord of Yampolsky's former apartment he rented while on the payroll of Maccabi Netanya has taken the 24 - year - old to court for damaging the property.
There are claims that Bamidele 'Dela' Yampolsky destroyed the microwave and sanitary, vandalized the bedroom, the washing machine and garden furniture.
Mr. Eldad Aharoni, who represents the former Israel youth - teamer, has told one.co.il that the plaintiff wants to exploit his client because he is a football player.
The couple want 104, 185 Israeli new sheqels (equivalent of 21, 000 euros) in damages. An Israeli court will begin deliberations on the dispute on October 28.
Bamidele 'Dela' Yampolsky has made 22 appearances for Israel Under 17 - 21 teams.
