Parma Did Not Offer IFEANYI IGWENJOKU A Contract
Published: October 17, 2012Ifeanyi Igwenjoku was not offered a contract by Serie A club Parma after undergoing tests in September, the former Anambra Pillars starlet has informed allnigeriasoccer.com.
''I was not given a contract by Parma because I failed the medical tests. During trials I had relapse of the knee injury I suffered five years ago. My agent is now considering other options available and a decision on my future destination shall be made shortly,'' Igwenjoku told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Igwenjoku claims to be wanted by teams in UAE, Ukraine, Turkey, Qatar and Sweden.
The striker is now a free agent after he chose not to renew his contract with Omani club Sur Sports when it expired at the end of last season. He is now vacationing in Barcelona, Spain.
