STEPHEN KESHI: TAIWO Is Under Consideration
Published: December 08, 2012Stephen Keshi has told Kick Off that the door of the National Team remains open to Dynamo Kiev wing - back Taye Taiwo.
The ex Lobi Star has been ignored for selection following an indifferent display against Rwanda last February. In Taiwo's absence, the left full back position has been alternated between MS Ashdod's Juwon Oshaniwa and Uwa Echiejile of Sporting Braga.
"I am still working on my list but Taiwo, like other players, is under consideration," says Keshi to KickOffNigeria.com.
Taye Taiwo has netted 5 times in 54 appearances for the Super Eagles. One of the most experienced players in the squad, he has played in 3 editions of Africa's most respected competition.
