Published: May 19, 2013
The goalless draw in the game against Kuban' Krasnodar has handed CSKA Moscow the Russian championship after seven years of not winning the title.
Nigeria international Ahmed Musa started and concluded the game for the new Russian champions. That was his 26th match of the season for the Muscovites.
CSKA Moscow have qualified for the group stage of next season's Champions League and will fall into the second basket in the draw as a result of the team's high coefficient.
About a 100 fans were arrested for public order offenses, according to a statement from press service of the Interior Ministry.
CSKA Moscow will win the double at the end of the season if they defeat Anzhi in the Russian Cup final on May 31.
