New Gabala FK signing Abdulwaheed Afolabi hopes to join his new teammates this weekend. <br /><br />Earlier this week, it was announced that the Nigeria youth - international had signed a one - year contract with the Azeri Premier League club. <br /><br />Afolabi last played for FC Kuban Krasnodar in Russia, but left there under a cloud in March after he was banished to the youth team despite signing a first team contract.<br /><br />''I am happy to sign this contract with Gabala .
