Stefano Okaka is thrilled to be handed an invitation for Italy&rsquo;s upcoming exhibition game against Albania, and has expressed his joy on social media.<br /><br />But there is hope for Nigeria if the Federation is interested in capping the Sampdoria star in future as that game is merely a friendly, even though he previously turned out for the Italy Under 21s.<br /><br />&ldquo;I am proud of myself. I went through terrible times, overcame difficult obstacles, but faced them all with my head held high.<br /><br />&ldquo;I&rsquo;m proud of my family who were always close and proud of the extraordinary Samp fans who every Sunday make me feel like a lion.<br /><br />&ldquo;I dedicate this call-up to all of you and my loved ones...
