Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi scored his first goal for FC Porto as the Dragons sealed a 3–1 victory over FC Arouca at the Estádio do Dragão on Friday night.

Moffi, who joined Porto on loan from OGC Nice during the winter transfer window, put the result beyond doubt with a composed finish deep into stoppage time. 

The Super Eagles striker calmly fired past Arouca goalkeeper Ignacio De Arruabarrena in the 95th minute after being set up by William Gomes.

The hosts had earlier taken the lead through Oskar Pietuszewski, but Arouca fought back late on when Nais Djouahra equalised with just 20 minutes of regulation time remaining. 

Porto responded immediately, as William Gomes restored their advantage from the penalty spot before Moffi added gloss to the scoreline moments later.

The goal marks an important milestone for the Nigerian forward, who endured a difficult spell prior to his move from Nice. 

Since arriving in January, Moffi has been gradually integrated into the squad, making appearances against CD Nacional, Rio Ave and Arouca, accumulating just 60 minutes of action across three matches.

Moffi, who was introduced as a substitute for Deniz Gül, showed sharp instincts and composure in front of goal, a sign he is rediscovering his rhythm after limited playing time in recent months.

With his first goal now secured, Moffi will be aiming to build match fitness, earn more minutes, and rediscover his best form.
