Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen ended the season on an impressive note as he scored a brace against Kortrijk on Wednesday and another 8.15-second goal against Antwerp in a game that ended 3-2 in Charleroi's defeat this afternoon, taking his tally for the season to 20 goals in all competitions.

His strike against Antwerp was his 19th league goal, making him one of the top scorers in the Belgian First Division A this campaign.

The 20-year-old is expected to return to his parent club Wolfsburg this summer amid transfer speculations linking him with a move to Serie A giants AC Milan.

The centre-forward is reportedly a prime target for the Rossoneri but Wolfsburg could refuse to release the youngster.


Considering the way he was treated during his days at the Volkswagen Arena, it won't be a surprise should Osimhen decide to terminate his contract with the club.

However, the in-form striker will ignore AC Milan's proposed offer on one condition, and that's if he is guaranteed regular first-team actions next season.

The player is at the stage where regular action is desperately needed to boost his confidence as a striker, hence, he won't want to replace regular action for anything come next season.
