A ruthless second half performance from Brendan Rodgers' men helped Leicester City register a comfortable 4-0 win against Sporting Braga at the King Power Stadium on Thursday night.
Once again, Kelechi Iheanacho was the star of the show, scoring twice and setting up another as the Foxes maintained their one hundred percent in Group G.
The Nigeria international has been directly involved in six (3 goals, 3 assists) of the nine goals scored by Leicester City in the competition this season, more than any other player in the squad.
Against Sporting Braga, Iheanacho finished from close range to open the scoring at minute 20, then his deflected effort doubled the advantage three minutes into the second half, before he teed up Dennis Praet with a weighted ball for 3-0.
Speaking post-match, Iheanacho was quoted as saying by the official website of UEFA : "I just need to keep working in training and doing my job. We have a great squad and everyone is doing his best.
"This game is gone now. We enjoy it today but we focus on the Premier League now. I hope we can keep our winning run going."
Iheanacho received a round of applause from the Leicester City bench when he made way for Ayoze Perez in the 72nd minute.
