According to <i>Express and Star</i>, Nigeria international Victor Moses is on the wish list of West Brom manager Steve Clarke in the ongoing summer transfer market.<br /><br />Clarke wants to strengthen his attack and is thinking of signing Chelsea's Victor Moses after talks stalled over the acquisition of Scott Sinclair of Manchester City.<br /><br />Last month, Moses , 22, was linked with a move to Everton , but talks on signing him on loan were rejected by the Blues hierarchy.<br /><br />Victor Moses was not listed for Chelsea's first game of the new English Premier League season against Hull.<br /><br />He arrived London late after playing for the Super Eagles against South Africa.<br /><br /><br />
