Manager Gernot Rohr has played down speculations that there are injury worries for the Super Eagles ahead of Saturday's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa in Johannesburg, other than the players who earlier withdrew from the squad.
Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru was pictured with his left ankle wrapped with an ice pack after training on Thursday, fueling speculation that he's doubtful for the game but Rohr has brought good news on the fitness of the entire squad.
''Training was good, there are no big injuries, we are ready now to go,'' Rohr told Channels Television at the Asaba Airport.
''We are expecting a difficult match but a good result. We are targeting qualification which means we need at least a point but we go there to win the game like we do always.
''If it is only a draw it will be enough because we will surely qualify with one point.''
Rohr will attempt to win a fourth straight game for the first time since his appointment as Super Eagles coach when they face off with Bafana Bafana.
