Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Carl Ikeme is unlikely to recover before the Super Eagles next international friendly with Burkina Faso at the Hive Stadium.<br /><br />The Nigeria Football Federation are optimistic that the Super Eagles first-choice goalie has not suffered a serious injury as they await the result of the scan conducted.<br /><br />&nbsp;&ldquo;Carl (Ikeme) has been having hamstring and Achilles tendon issues but we did a scan on Wednesday night and we await the result. It is however good that the other goalkeepers are here,&rdquo; Super Eagles team doctor Ibrahim Gyaran told thenff.com.<br /><br />In the absence of Ikeme, Chippa United goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi was selected ahead of Ikechukwu Ezenwa in Thursday&rsquo;s meeting against Senegal. <br /><br />The Super Eagles will lock horns with Burkina Faso on Monday in London.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br />
