Everton manager Marco Silva wants Super Eagles target Ademola Lookman to be committed to the club after a proposed move to Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig fell through in the summer transfer window.
The England U21 international was a shadow of himself in the Young Lions' 2-1 win vs Latvia in an U21 EURO qualifier this week, which led to his substitution in the 63rd minute.
Silva revealed that the Toffees fans stood behind Lookman during the transfer saga and expects him to put aside the speculation that surrounded his future last month.
''I expect a big commitment from all our players every day they pass the gate to come in and train.
''He is happy. The market is not just for him. He has a big club impressed with him but it’s done, the market is done and now he needs to keep focused in his job and give 100% every day.''
Lookman is contracted to Everton until the summer of 2021 and has played 25 games for their first team, scoring three goals.
