Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of Chelsea's visit to Norwich City, manager Frank Lampard has hailed Tammy Abraham's attitude in the first few weeks of the new season.
On his full debut for the Europa League holders, the England U21 star came close to netting his first competitive goal for the Blues but was denied by the woodwork.
Since then, the lanky striker has featured in matches against Liverpool and Leicester City in the UEFA Super Cup and Premier League respectively.
He is competing with France World Cup winner Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi for a starting shirt against The Canaries on Saturday afternoon.
On his strikers, Lampard told reporters on Friday : ''We work hard on the training pitch for that. What I have got is great attitudes in the three strikers and the other players.
''Tammy’s goes in off the post at United it is a different story. It’s about belief. ''
