Greek club Panetolikos F.C. have parted company with Benjamin Onwuachi. <br /><br />The ex Kavala forward joined Panetolikos F.C. in the winter transfer market from Cypriot side AEL Limassol on a five month deal, with the club having the option for an additional season if he impresses on expiration of the contract.<br /><br />Panetolikos have chosen not to exercise the option of renewal. In nine matches played for Panetolikos, the 28-year-old striker failed to score. Often, he was on the bench. <br /><br />Onwuachi still has a very good reputation in Greece. 11-time Greek champions AEK Athens were interested in luring the Nigerian to the Greek capital. Now, the proposed move has met a brick-wall. On Thursday, the Greek Federation prohibited AEK from signing foreign players for next season. <br /><br /><br />
