<span style=""><em> </em>Oulu Palloseura</span>&nbsp; have completed the signing of Nigerian defender Augustine Jibrin, says the club's official website.<br /><br />The duration and financial details of the contract have not been disclosed.<br /><br />This is the 24 - year - old's second spell with OPS, having played for the Oulu based side from 2009 - 2011. <br /><br />Jibrin arrives OPS from another Finnish club Vaasan Palloseura , where his appearances were limited by health problems.<br /><br />The stopper is looking forward to a new challenge with OPS, who play in Finland's second - tier.<br /><br />He told the official website: ''I have known OPS before. <span style="">VPS was a nice experience and it gave me a new perspective on the game.</span> <span style=""> My goal is to continue to play at a higher level.
