Emmanuel Emenike Bags Brace On Arabian Gulf League Debut
Published: September 13, 2015Super Eagles star Emmanuel Emenike put on a star show to assist Al Ain defeat Al Wasl 2 - 0 on his Arabian Gulf League debut on Sunday evening.
The Fenerbahce loanee opened his Al Ain account 47 minutes into the contest at Zabeel Stadium, Dubai , then, made sure his team collected the maximum points with his second of the game shortly after the hour mark.
Emenike bagged his first pair of goals for Al Ain in their 4 - 2 win over Al Nasr in the Super Cup on Saturday, August 15.
The 28 - year - old is on loan at the 12 - time United Arab Emirates champions until June 30, 2016.
