English-born Nigerian starlet Bukayo Saka has the traits to become one of the best three wing-backs in the world, according to Head of Arsenal youth development, Marcel Lucassen.
The versatile Saka has flourished for the Gunners in his first full season with the first team, whether he is deployed as a left winger, left wing-back or left back.
With the teenager's offensive and defensive qualities, Lucassen believes Saka has the attributes of a modern day wing-back and expects manager Mikel Arteta to help him reach his full potential.
"He has the potential to become one of the best three wing-backs in the world and I really think Arteta can help in that process.
"Arteta, with his vision, is not far from what we want in the academy.
"Talents like Saka, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith-Rowe and Joe Willock should benefit from that."
One of the brightest young talents produced by the Arsenal academy in recent years, Saka has already made 27 appearances for the first team since his professional debut, scoring three goals.
