Besiktas Eyeing Watford's Nigerian Striker, But Not Isaac Success
Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas are interested in signing Watford striker Stefano Okaka, according to reports.
Sky Sports says the Black Eagles will make a move for Okaka before the end of the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old would add some attacking depth to the Besiktas team, who have scored three goals in their first two matches of 2018 after selling Cenk Tosun to Everton 19 days ago.
Okaka has seen his first-team opportunities limited at Watford after falling out with ex-Hornets coach Marco Silva; he has started only two matches in the Premier League this season.
The former Anderlecht star has three and half years left on his contract with Watford.
He has four caps for Italy's senior national team but remains eligible to wear the jersey of the Super Eagles as the games were non-competitive.
